The Lucid8 OEM programs allows ISV's, IHV's or service providers to bundle Lucid8 products and technologies directly into their offering for a combined solution.
The OEM program grants partner rights to license the Lucid8 products under the partner's EULA and re-market the technology specific to the partner's offering. License fees, support, packaging, bundle restrictions etc. are flexible and are defined based on each partners needs and business models.
